Aim: To study the prevalence of sacralized lumbosacral transitional vertebrain Pakistani population and its association with reduced L5-S1 intervertebral disc space.

Study design: Cross sectional study

Place and duration of study: Department of Radiology, CMH Lahore from 1st April 2020 to 30th September 2020.

Methodology: Three hundred and seventy two patients with sacralizedlumbosacral transitional vertebrawere included in the study.
