ABSTRACT

This article describes Emergency Medical Care (EMC) system covering non-communicable, infectious diseases, obstetrics and trauma. Community-based emergency care, as prehospital, refers to emergency care provided outside the hospital. Emergency medicine (EM) potentially plays a critical role in improving the outcomes of acute conditions in healthcare settings. Team of developers including international experts from Kyrgyz State Medical Institite of post graduate Training (KSMIPGT) has developed and drawn up programs for doctors, hospital-level nurses that meet the needs of practical healthcare.
